Ban Recommendations

Aka: when to use which ban. You can ban as you wish, but we recommend you not to overreact and ban everyone you see globally.

Griefing

Griefing includes everything which destroys buildings on the server or harm other people. For ex: Item-spamming, destroying of a building, destroying of minecart tracks We recommend to use tempbans or warnings when the griefing is rather small (< 10 Blocks), localbans up to 50 blocks and globalbans on more.

Cheating

Cheating includes the usage of x-ray, speedhack, flyhack and other evil modifications. Noone likes cheater - so it's a globalban.

Bugusing

If it harmed the server: globalban. If not: globalban.

Rassism

If it's just a (very bad) joke: globalwarn. If not: globalban.

Flaming

Flaming should always be a localban or a localwarning - unless it's threatening other people - then its a globalban

Didn't follow the Serverrules

localwarn or localban.

Attacking the Servers with Exploits or DDoS

Instantly Globalban and write a thread in the glizer forums with a proof. Then we will disable his account forever.

Server Advertising

Globalban! Everyone hates such advertisers. Dunno what they're thinking.

Everything else

You decide. ;)
