Der Neutron Reflector dient dazu, die Effezienz von Uranium Cells zu erhöhen. Wenn er direkt neben einem URanium Cell platziertt wird, verdoppelt er dessen Ausgabe an Strom. Dabei haben bis zu vier Cells Platz, als an jeder Seite eine. Alternativ können auch vier Neutron Reflectors um eine Uranium Cell platziert werden und dadurch dessen Ausgabe vervierfachen. Das gleiche Prinzip herrscht ebenfalls mit Dual Uranium Cells und Quad Uranium Cells, als auch mit Thorium Cells und Plutonium Cells aus dem GregTech Mod.
