Der Heat Exchanger transferiert die Hitze zwischen den Komponenten in einem Nuclear Reactor. Das ist der einfachste Typ der Exchanger und wird auch benötigt um die anderen Exchanger zu craften.

Mechanik

Heat Exchangers werden benutzt um Hitze innerhalb der Hülle des Reactors zu verschieben. Die Hitze wird aus Nuclear Cells wie z.b. einer Uranium Cell absorbiert und auf eine Komponente übertragen, die diese abkühlen lässt.
Der Heat Exchanger gleicht die Hitze zwischen angrenzende Komponenten prozentual aus. Wenn also ein Heat Exchanger 1250 Einheiten Hitze absorbiert, transferiert er 1000 Einheiten zur Reactor Hülle (10% der Kapazität der Hülle) und 250 Einheiten auf sich selbst (10% der Kapazität).
