The Scissors also known as bolt cutter is an important tool to free friends who are prisoners out of the prison. Thereby a scissor is really expensive. The look is changed by the crime-resourcepack and is similar to a tongs or a bolt cutter.
usage
To uncuff a cuffed player do a rightclick on this player with a scissor in your hand. The player get a message that he was uncuffed. You can use a scissor 24 times.
shop
Scissors can be bought for 400$ in the TV-Tower by the technician. You can use a scissor really often. The item-ID is 359 but you can also use the item-name shears to buy a scissor.
